We brewed this one with flaked oats and wheat for a full body plus some specialty malts with just a touch of sweetness. We then hopped it with Citra, Idaho #7, and Mosaic in the first wort, three times in the whirlpool, and finished off with two rounds of dry hopping. The result is a crisp ale with a satisfying aromatic haze.
