Happy Four-antine!
That pun was a stretch, but we're rolling with it because not even a quarantine can bring us down! Our 4th anniversary party was supposed to be this week. We were planning for beer releases and live music and Twins games all week long. Then, we were going to close down the street on Saturday and throw a big food truck block party. We can't throw that exact party, but nobody ever started a craft brewery without learning how to jump through a few hoops, so we're celebrating our own way.Starting on 4/20, we're releasing a new beer, offering beer specials, and welcoming some food trucks back to the taproom.

Prickly Pear NEIPA Release
We brewed this juicy and hazy New England IPA with oats, wheat, and some sweet-ass malts. Cashmere, Citra, and Mosaic hops make an appearance in the first wort, whirlpool, and dry hopping for a bold impact. Together, they bring tropical fruitiness, citrus and melon notes, and a touch of pine. Finally, we fermented this hazy beaut with prickly pear, a fruit that comes from a cactus and has no relationship to the pear in its name. Prickly pears are an uncommon flavor, but they are reminiscent of sweet melons and even bubblegum. 6.6% ABV // 56 IBU

This dark beer is a smooth and chocolatey milk stout that encounters the richness of golden peanut butter to create a rich and flavorful (but not too sweet) experience. 5.4% ABV // 25 IBU

We're celebrating our fourth birthday with a bunch of $4 deals. Today, we're selling $4 crowlers of our Petal Pounder: Mango Hibiscus Saison. A recently released seasonal favorite, Petal Pounder is a fresh and floral saison brewed with a pounder’s worth of real hibiscus petals plus juicy mango. 5.5% ABV // 20 IBU
Plus, Butcher Salt will be on site with their usual delicious wares. Try pairing your crowlers of Petal Pounder with a special returning menu item: avocado cream wontons with spicy serrano chili sauce.

Smokey chipotle notes hit your palate first and are balanced by a subtle tartness from the base Gose Ale. A lingering heat leaves you craving another sip. 4.5% ABV // 20 IBU

Thank you for a wonderful four years
Four years can sure change a lot of things, and we are grateful for all of them. We've grown our team, hosted bigger and bigger parties, welcomed weddings and baby showers and birthday parties, released innumerable new beers, put beers in crowlers, put beers in cans, put beers all over Minnesota, and met a whole lot of new dogs.
Gratitude is a weird feeling to experience in times like these, but that’s what you all have brought to us. It’s been four years of pints and live music and dogs and food trucks and memories, and all those things bring us gratitude. You have made these last four years not only possible, but amazing. And now, you’ve spent the last five weeks showing us your love and your support by purchasing more crowlers to go than we have ever thought we’d need to fill.
