Another new Inbound beer is on the way
The Pastry Sour series is inspired by the display case at your local bakery, and we’re excited to introduce the next installment in the series on Thursday.
We brewed the Midnight Berry Pastry Sour with a handful of midnight-dark malts to create a cozier sour beer for winter. Then, we added heaps of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries for their fruity sweetness. We finished it off with a touch of vanilla for a semi-sweet, pastry-like effect. The result is a deep mauve beer that is sure to satisfy your autumnal thirst.
It rings in at 5.5% ABV and 20 IBU.
The Midnight Berry Pastry Sour will be available on Thursday October 29 in the taproom—both on tap and in crowlers. 4-packs are coming soon to a liquor store near you. Check back here for updates on locations for purchase.
