IT’S CAPTAIN BEER MAN!
The Beer
We went all out for our 1000th batch of beer.
A Triple IPA packed with seven types of hops: El Dorado, Citra, Mosaic, Sitiva, Idaho 7, Ahtanum, and Simcoe.
The result is supremely flavorful, but not overpowering, layered with notes of dank pine and tropical, citrus and stone fruits.
10% ABV // 100 IBU
