Sasha has accolades from Duluth to Nashville and has been quoted as “an artist that is going places.” -Chuck Dauphin, Nashville Music News  Sasha has taken the stage locally everywhere from Bunkers to The Fine Line and has a loyal following of friends and fans who appreciate her raw and honest approach. Sasha is known for breaking barriers and has no qualms with writing songs around topics others consider taboo. Channeling Grey has breathed new life into this north woods diva.

Beats:  DJ has played in some of the Twin Cities’ finest rock bands. His music was featured on the Season Finale of the Real World Cancun, he played alongside Kat Perkins (The Voice) in several musical renditions and he has made music everywhere from SXSW to the Bayfront Blues Festival. His sensibility and pocket make him a favorite among musicians and his stage personality and charisma make him a favorite among the fans. The founder and backbone of Channeling Grey and the life of the party, this is DJ. 

Rhymes:  Showtime, a south Minneapolis based MC, started writing poetry at a young age and transformed his gift into songwriting not long after. His style was compared to hip hop giants such as Nas and Talib Kweli. He started performing around the city, gaining respect as a lyrical MC. With such an eclectic style, he was able to work with artists across a broad spectrum of genres, including Rock, Blues, R&B, Pop, and of course, Hip Hop. He's performed at The Imperial Room, Barfly, Arnelia's, The Poodle Club, The Red Sea and several private events over the years. Now working with his new band, Channeling Grey, Showtime is more focused than he's ever been.
