Can you smell it? An open-faced peanut butter and honey sandwich—on Wonder Bread, obviously. We took that little slice of nostalgia and brewed it into a light, just-sweet-enough summer beer.
The Peanut Butter Honey Blonde (5.2% ABV, 15 IBU) is brewed with a light and soft malt bill—think Pilsener malts plus rice and corn adjuncts—that contribute to a clean and light body. We also included creamy peanut butter flavors and real honey from Fieldstone Apiaries, which is located right here in Minnesota.
