The Winter Solstice is often referred to as the darkest day of the year. Due to the earth rotating and the sun and nighttime, this day is really dark. That's the extent of our explanation; we study beer for a living, not astrology.
Celebrate the full darkness of winter with us by drinking one of the seven dark, roasty, chocolaty, malty, and nutty beers we have on tap. For the light, sour, and hoppy beer fans--we've got you covered: our full tap list will also be available. Milkshake IPA anyone?
As an extra treat, we're releasing a truly dark craft beer: Bourbon Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout. Our classic Russian Imperial Stout has been aging in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, and we're finally letting it out. You can drink it in bottles and on tap starting Thursday December 21.
Happy Hour runs 4-6pm, but you can stay all night if you'd like. Market BBQ will be on-site serving local BBQ and other tasty food, including creamy mac-n-cheese and buttery cornbread.
