Part-time BARTENDER/SERVER

Inbound BrewCo is currently seeking a talented beer professional to join our front of house team. We have a full-time bartender/server position available in preparation for a busy summer! We highly encourage people from all backgrounds, abilities, and identities to apply for this position.

A Bit About Us:

We’ve been brewing and pouring beer in the North Loop of Minneapolis for over seven years. Our taproom is known for its great beverage variety, quality products, and unique events. Like much of the craft industry, our team works as hard as we play. You’ll probably be a great fit for our team if you love good locally made beverages, enjoy cracking jokes with your coworkers, and you don’t mind getting a little beer on your hands.

Pay:

$15.97 an hour plus tips

Essential job duties and responsibilities:

  • Make beverage recommendations, pour beer, and ensure customers have a great time in the taproom

  • Take charge of daily taproom duties such as opening and closing the bar, maintaining taproom cleanliness, stocking the cooler, and other duties as assigned

  • Operate successfully in both bar and table service

  • Contribute to the Inbound team with a positive attitude and general common sense

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills and don’t mind striking up conversations with our taproom guests

  • Knowledge of beer, home brewing, and/or the beverage production industry is very beneficial

  • Maintain thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to answer guest questions regarding each one

  • Able to work under pressure in a noisy and fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care

  • Full time availability to work days, nights, and weekends, at least 32 hours per week across 4-5 shifts per week

  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds, move kegs, and operate a hand dolly

  • Able to move about the facility and stand for extended periods of time. Able to bend and reach throughout taproom shift

  • Must love dogs and cribbage

  • Age 21+
